How does OuterEdit work?
OuterEdit brings together the world's best creatives in the OuterEdit Featured Collaboration (a.k.a. O/E Featured Collab). The online collaborative format is broadcasted real-time to the global audience on OuterEdit.com, who then vote/comment/share their favourite artwork and follow their favourite creatives. The top 5 voted artwork are printed on 100% premium combed cotton tees and stocked in our online store.
How does the O/E Featured Collab work?
The O/E Featured Collab basically works like a multi-way artwork exchange amongst 5 top-class creatives, resulting in a series of collaborative artwork with stories woven around the O/E Featured Collab theme. Find out more about the O/E Featured Collab

How do I contact OuterEdit?
Simply locate the Message icon on the top right corner of any page on OuterEdit.com and send us a note :)
I've sent an email to OuterEdit. Why haven't I heard from you?
During peak periods, our customer service may be a bit busy, but it should never take us more than 3 business days to get back to you.
If you haven't heard from us after 3 business days, do check your spam folder. It is also possible the original enquiry got lost in a mythical place, so do drop us another note!
How do I send my feedback and suggestions?
Aw, thank you in advance! Get thee to the top right corner of any page on OuterEdit.com, and locate the Message icon to drop us a note.

Why should I create an O/E account?
Creating an O/E account on OuterEdit.com is free and takes less than a minute. Plus, you get benefits that only a registered OuterEditor gets:
- Vote/comment/share your favourite artwork and follow your favourite creatives in the O/E Featured Collabs.
- Find and interact with like-minded people across the globe.
How do I create an O/E account?
You can join us by selecting the Register link on the top right corner of the page, and completing the relevant fields. Welcome to OuterEdit in advance!
I forgot my password. What should I do?
When you try to log in, you'll be greeted by a pop-up screen that includes a link you can click on to reset your password.
How do I delete my O/E account?
Really? Awwww... but why? Drop us a message with your request and we'll get down to it straight away.

Profile Page Information
What is the Wardrobe section?
The Wardrobe section shows all the tees you have purchased from OuterEdit.com. Do locate the Manage Wardrobe tab in your Dashboard to upload a photo of you decked out in your latest O/E purchase!
What is the Manage Gallery section?
The Manage Gallery section shows all the artwork that you've submitted in an O/E Collab. You can choose to hide a particular artwork if you'd rather it not appear on your profile page.

How do I update my O/E profile details?
You can update your profile details by clicking Edit Profile on the Top Toolbar of your Dashboard.
How can I upload/change my O/E profile picture?
You will see an option to do so on your Dashboard (on the top-right of the screen).
How can I manage my gallery of submitted artwork on my profile page?
Once you're at your Dashboard, you can click on Manage Gallery on the top toolbar to hide/show your submitted artwork.
How can I update my slogan?
You will find an option to do so on your Dashboard (on the top-right of the screen).
How can I upload my own video?
We do not host any videos on OuterEdit.com — but we encourage all OuterEditors to embed videos from Vimeo on OuterEdit.com. Go to your Dashboard and find the Edit Profile tab on the top toolbar. Here you can embed Vimeo videos when you complete the Vimeo Link field.
How can I add my social network presences?
Simply go to your Dashboard (on the top-right of the screen), and find the Edit Profile tab on the top toolbar. You can add your social network presences — such as FaceBook, Twitter and Google Plus — from there!
How can I follow a fellow OuterEditor?
Simply go to the profile page of the OuterEditor you wish to follow and find the option to do so there! You'll receive updates (under your Updates box on your Dashboard) on the OuterEditor's artwork submissions on OuterEdit.
How do I message a fellow OuterEditor?
You'll find an option to message him or her on his or her profile page. Locate the Message icon (at the top-right of the screen) and send your message!
How do I follow an O/E Featured Collab?
Locate the Follow button on the Collab tab and click on it. You can also follow upcoming O/E Featured Collabs in the same way. We'll send you updates on your Dashboard whenever you opt to follow an O/E Collab.

How do I participate in the O/E Featured Collab?
First things first — you must be a registered OuterEditor! If you are a creative hoping to submit artwork, please click on the message icon (on the top right of the screen) and send us a note. All OuterEditors have the power to vote/comment/share their favourite artworks and follow their favourite creatives.

How good are your tees?
OuterEdit's tees are badass garments made of 100% fully combed cotton that resist fraying. They hold on tight to the artworks (screen-printed with softened plastisol inks for that feel-good touch) and come with custom-made screen-printed labels that credit the artists. They are also delightfully soft and provide hours of lasting comfort to whoever are lucky enough to wear them.

What is the proper way to care for my O/E tees?
Here's how you can prolong the life span of your O/E tees:
- Do not iron on the artwork print
- Tumble dry on low heat
- Machine wash cold
- Do not bleach
Will the cotton tees shrink?
We have stress-tested the cotton tees to ensure minimal shrinkage. Our breathable 100% combed-cotton threads hold on so tight, they'll never lose their cool. Or shape. Both. Just sayin'.
Who are the creators of the printed artwork on my product?
All our products come with a label that credits all the contributing collaborators involved in the creation of the printed artwork. Since you loved the artwork so much, do check out what else they've been up to via their OuterEditor

Order Information
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is fully processed by us, and upon making your payment.
Why haven't I received my order confirmation email?
You should receive an order confirmation email immediately upon payment. If not, do check your spam folder to see if the order confirmation email is there.
What's my order number?
Your order number may be found in the order confirmation email.
How do I check my order status?
Drop us a message with your order number, username and email, and we'll get back about the order status.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. Please email us if you wish to do so. In the case where we have already shipped the item, we will, upon receiving your returned order, offer you a refund of in-store vouchers less shipping charges.
Why is my order rejected?
The item you ordered might have ran out of stock, or there could be issues with the billing information. Do drop us a message with more details about your rejected order and we'll assist you from there.
What can I do if the product I want is sold out?
You can click on the Request Reprint button on the product page. When the product is in store, you'll be notified on your Updates box on your Dashboard.
Argh, I received a defective product. What now?
Do drop us a note with your order number and photographs of the defect (if possible) so we may assist you. We want only the best for you!
My order is missing an item! What do I do?
We love sending tees off, so it's rare that we'd miss an item from your order. If it happens though, do drop us an email with your order number, and we will look into it.

Payment Information
How do I pay for my order?
We offer PayPal as our mode of payment.
How do I use my in-store voucher?
To use your in-store voucher, simply key in the voucher code at the checkout stage. Do note that each in-store voucher has a valid period of 90 days, so do spend it before its time is up.
What currency is used for purchases on the site?
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We also have a handy USD currency approximation tool to help all international customers to determine the price of the product.
How does currency conversion work for international orders?
All orders are paid in Singapore Dollars (SGD). PayPal processes currency conversion to your home currency accordingly.
Are my payment details secured?
Yes. PayPal ensures your credit card information is private and safe.

Shipping Information
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you when your order has left our warehouse. This should take no more than 7 business days after your order is confirmed.
What are my shipping options and cost?
We offer 2 types of shipping options: Economical and Express shipping. Express shipping includes tracking service.
The shipping cost depends on the items you've ordered and the shipping method. To find out the cost, simply add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to estimate your shipping cost at the View Cart section. Upon entering your shipping country, you'll see the different shipping options and prices. You may then proceed to make your purchase after viewing your options.
When will my order arrive?
We always send a shipping confirmation email right after your order leaves our warehouse. See the estimated shipping duration for your shipping method/destination upon receiving this email:
Local (Singapore ONLY)
Express Shipping (not applicable to local shipment)

What happens if my product is out of stock?
If a product is out-of-stock on our online store, it will be stated as Sold Out. You will not be able to add it to your shopping cart. If you'd love us to stock up, do find the Request Reprint button on the product page and click on it. We will stock up as soon as we receive a substantial number of requests for reprints. Once the product is in store, we will send you word via the Update box on your Dashboard!
What happens if I haven't received my order?
If your order hasn't arrived after the stipulated shipping duration, do check with your local customs to see if they have kept the package. If not, do email us with your order no. and tracking number (if applicable). We will get back to you within 3 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, if you have opted for Express Shipping. The tracking number may be found in your shipping confirmation email.

Can I stop by your office to buy stuff?
We'd love it if you stop by to say hi! However, we can't accept orders due to the online nature of our order system.
Can I place a phone or mail order?
We only accept online orders. Rest assured that our online checkout process is secure, and no credit card information is stored as you'll be making payment via PayPal.
Help! I seem to be having problems with my shopping cart.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your Returns & Exchange Policy?
Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase (Singapore orders) and 60 days of purchase (international orders), if they are in new and original condition.
Return shipping charges will be waived if the returns and exchanges are due to liability on our part.
Every successful returns processed will be refunded you in the form of an in-store voucher. You may use this voucher to place another order via our store. For approved exchanges, we'll reserve the item(s) for you, and re-send it/them to you.
